These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Tutoring Guarantee Clause
If a participant completes the full course, attends all assigned placements, and engages meaningfully with all provided materials and teaching sessions, but does not receive at least one offer from a UK medical school in the same UCAS cycle in which they applied after completing the course, they may be eligible to receive 5 hours of free online tutoring.
Payment Terms
Enrolment in the Medekz course requires a one-time payment. This payment grants the participant access to the full course, including teaching sessions, online resources, placements, and any supplementary materials provided.
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration. We do not offer instalment plans or recurring billing. Payment can be made via our secure online checkout using credit/debit card or other supported payment methods.
Once payment is confirmed, participants will receive a confirmation email and details on how to access course content and placements.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy. By completing your payment, you agree to these terms.
To qualify for the free tutoring, the participant must:
- Provide evidence of at least one interview invitation from a UK medical school.
- Provide proof of attendance at at least one interview.

Have fully participated in the course, including:
- Attendance at all scheduled placement days (unless absence is justified and documented).
- Active engagement with course materials, such as watching recorded content, completing assigned tasks, and participating in live or online sessions (as tracked by Medekz’s learning system, where applicable).
The free tutoring will:
- Focus exclusively on Medical Interview preparation and/or UCAT preparation.
- Be delivered online via Zoom or a similar platform.
- Be provided by a member of the Medekz Team or a qualified associated student tutor.
This guarantee is offered in good faith to support students who demonstrate full commitment to the course. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to the availability of tutoring slots.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
